Sales Agent / Property Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Promote available properties to potential buyers and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Compensation

  • Commission-based or salary + commission structure
