About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, build strong communication skills, and grow in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, or in person to present products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work onsite and in a team environment
