Martinez Financial Group Strategies LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent our financial strategy and accounting services to business owners and individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and business owners to introduce MFG services
  • Explain the value of financial organization, bookkeeping, tax strategy, and CFO advisory
  • Schedule and confirm strategy calls with qualified prospects
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
  • Identify client pain points and recommend appropriate MFG solutions
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads
  • Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in our CRM
  • Represent Martinez Financial Group Strategies LLC professionally in all interactions

What You'll Be Selling

MFG helps businesses and individuals with:

  • Accounting & bookkeeping
  • Tax preparation and strategy
  • Cash flow management
  • AP/AR support
  • Payroll integration
  • Profit optimization
  • Fractional CFO advisory

Your role is to help prospects understand how these services solve their financial problems and guide them toward booking a strategy session.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling techniques
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
  • Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
  • Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role
