Job description

The primary function is to provide fun, courteous and friendly customer service. Your role will include providing cashier functions, product knowledge, excellent selling skills and merchandising display abilities.

Responsibilities include:

Must be 18 years of age, or older.

Come to work with a positive attitude, high energy and a professional appearance

Greet customers quickly and pleasantly as they enter store

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and upbeat attitude

Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment

Handle returns with courtesy, ease and professionalism

Strong customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills; must be results-driven and solutions-oriented

Must be available various hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Able to lift, stoop and climb, as well as walk and stand for long periods of time

Proven track record to maximize sales and store profitability
