Sales Associate – Forex Broker

Salary: AED 2,000 – 5,000 + High Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial investment services, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients interested in forex trading and financial markets
• Promote company trading platforms, products, and investment opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential leads
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Guide clients on account opening procedures and onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Stay updated on forex market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in forex, financial sales, or brokerage industry
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of forex trading platforms (MT4/MT5 is an advantage)
• Target-driven, confident, and persuasive personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in lead generation and cold calling
• Understanding of financial products (Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Crypto)
• Strong client handling and relationship management skills
