Role Description

The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, presenting Tecsol Digital’s range of marketing services, and cultivating long-term business relationships. Specific responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. The associate will also collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with the company’s goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and presenting solutions
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client prospecting
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or account management in a marketing or digital agency environment is a plus
