Sales Executive - Faisalabad

We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Location: Faisalabad (FSD)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with investors and sales partners, expanding the dealer network, and actively contributing to sales growth through consistent market engagement.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s sales partner network and investor base. The position requires regular market visits, relationship management with property dealers and investors, and active involvement in achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a strong network of sales partners and property dealers to support business growth
  • Conduct daily market visits to meet investors and sales partners
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with channel partners and clients
  • Provide continuous guidance and support to sales partners to improve performance and productivity
  • Assign and follow up on sales targets for partners and ensure timely achievement
  • Monitor dealer activity and provide regular performance feedback
  • Actively drive and close sales to meet individual and organizational targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of sales documentation and customer handling
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investor behavior

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
  • Experience working with property dealers, investors, or channel partners will be an advantage
  • Fresh candidates with strong sales potential may also be considered

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in conducting field visits and market engagement
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up ability
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
