This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Rawalpindi location. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technology needs, recommending suitable products, managing customer queries, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Additional duties include assisting with inventory organization, handling transactions, coordinating with team members, and meeting sales targets. Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business will also be a key part of the role.

• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service to address their needs.
• Sales Expertise: Experience in sales processes, achieving targets, and effectively explaining products to customers.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with laptops, IT equipment, and Internet of Things (IoT) products is a plus.
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to manage inventory, handle transactions accurately, and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain products and manage client interactions effectively.
• Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to customer needs.
