This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a fast-paced retail setting. Hour are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30 Saturday 8-12 .

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
• Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic financial services and loan processing
• Manage cash management duties, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to inform customers effectively
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandise displays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory
