Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and financial options, including loans and banking solutions
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques
• Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, payments, or loan processing
• Handle inquiries related to retail sales, banking services, or financial products with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and cash drawer balances using financial software and 10-key typing skills
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing calculations confidently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and cash management
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
