Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Maintain product displays, shelves, and inventory organization
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Promote new arrivals, bestsellers, and store promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally
  • Support stock receiving, labeling, and restocking activities
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
