Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and inventory organization
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote new arrivals, bestsellers, and store promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally
- Support stock receiving, labeling, and restocking activities
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
