Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our tax and accounting firm. Our company provides professional services including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll solutions for individuals and businesses.

This is a performance-driven role focused on generating new clients, building relationships, and closing service agreements. The position offers flexible work arrangements and strong earning potential through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients for tax, bookkeeping, and payroll services
• Explain and present our services in a clear and professional manner
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
• Close service agreements and meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activity
• Work independently while meeting performance goals
• Coordinate with internal team for onboarding new clients

Compensation

• Uncapped commission based on closed deals
• High earning potential depending on performance
• Full compensation structure will be discussed during the interview

Experience & Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or lead generation experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing financial or business-related services (tax, bookkeeping, payroll)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible setup
• Basic understanding of business services is a plus but not required (training provided)

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
