Duties

• Assist customers with their retail purchases by offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Support customers with banking-related services such as account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and basic loan processing
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financial software to facilitate smooth sales and service transactions
• Handle cash register operations including 10 key typing and retail math calculations to ensure precise cash handling
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Promote additional financial services or products that meet customer needs, including basic banking solutions and loan options

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within banking or financial services environments
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures, cashiering, and cash management techniques
• Basic math skills including retail math calculations and proficiency with financial software systems
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to perform detailed tasks such as loan processing, cash handling, and data entry using 10 key typing skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of banking products or financial services is a plus but not required; training will be provided
