Position: Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus

Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn

Team player with a positive attitude.

Dependable

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
