Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly and deliver an exceptional, high-end shopping experience that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Assist clients in finding the perfect fit and proactively suggest complementary items to maximize basket size and complete outfits.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while actively monitoring personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain and develop a personal client book, proactively reaching out to regular customers regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, and promotional events.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with visual merchandising guidelines (folding, hanging, and displaying stock).
• Assist with stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and efficiently replenish merchandise from the backroom to the shop floor.
• Process transactions swiftly and accurately utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales; a background in fashion or luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with premium shoppers.
• Presentation: A neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance aligned with a premium fashion brand.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with handling and moving merchandise shipments.
