Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting PropFusion’s CRM solutions to real estate professionals across Dubai and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, including real estate brokers, agencies, and developers
- Present and demonstrate PropFusion CRM features and benefits to prospects
- Convert leads into active customers through effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales outcomes
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and PropTech innovations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (real estate, SaaS, or CRM sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
