Job Description:
- Staying updated with the real estate market.
- Working on the generated leads by calling to meet the KPIs per day.
- Setting 10 client appointments with at least one meeting to be conducted per day.
- Determining the client’s needs and financial ability to propose the most suitable project.
- Assisting potential clients with project site visits.
- Facilitating negotiation with clients.
- Visiting different sites frequently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business.
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication skills.
