Sales Associate-Arabic & English speaking

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Supervise and guide junior sales staff when required
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries with a positive attitude
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Keep updated with product knowledge, stock levels, and promotions
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
• Report to Shop In-Charge or Area Manager with daily sales updates
• Support opening/closing procedures of the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail sales experience (fashion/perfume/footwear preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic and English preferred (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
• Presentable, professional, and confident in client interaction
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Team player with leadership potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
