Sales Associate- Arabic & French speaker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate, who can speak Arabic/ French to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Assist customers in product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and POS operations accurately.
• Assist in stock replenishment, price tagging, and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor and fitting rooms.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure displays are attractive and updated.
• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support the team during peak times, promotions, and store events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in fashion or accessories).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling skills and customer service mindset.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy (POS system knowledge is an advantage).
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, others) are a plus.
• Aed 3000 will be salary
