Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and brings at least 3 years of retail experience in Qatar, with a strong ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in Qatar
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Well-presented with a professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience in premium/luxury retail or hospitality
• Strong product demonstration and upselling skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
