Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

● Provide exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming clients and assisting them in selecting wedding gowns and dresses.

● Help customers try on dresses, offering styling advice to ensure a perfect fit and look.

● Process sales transactions, manage orders, and payments.

● Handle customer complaints and requests for returns or exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Social Media & Content Creation:

● Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, showcasing our bridal collections and in-store experience.

● Be the face of the boutique on social media, filming and posting videos (including behind-the-scenes, photoshoots, and styling tips).

● Work alongside models during photoshoots to create professional video content that aligns with brand messaging.

● Stay updated on social media trends to keep our content fresh and appealing to a broad audience.

Merchandise & Store Management:

● Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the store, ensuring all gowns and dresses are well-organized and beautifully displayed.

● Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing new arrivals.

Other Duties:

● Assist with in-store promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

● Support the team during busy periods, helping with customer interactions, fitting rooms, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

● Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

● Comfortable on camera, with experience in or a willingness to create and post videos on social media platforms.

● Experience in retail or sales, preferably in a fashion or bridal environment.

● Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

● Creativity and a good eye for social media trends and content creations.
