Position Title: Sales Associate

Work Location: Onsite – Qatar

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with strong experience in B2B ICT/Telecom sales within Qatar. The role requires a mix of sales execution, client acquisition, account management, and hands-on product support (installations & deliveries). The ideal candidate is commercially driven, technically capable, and fluent in English (Arabic preferred), with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of enterprise, SME, and government clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, deal registration, proposals, and contract closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Perform on-site product installations, configurations, and deliveries as required.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare proposals and BOMs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with partner policies and deal registration processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Represent the company in trainings, events, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Telecom, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven B2B ICT/Telecom sales experience in Qatar.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hands-on ability to perform basic installations, deliveries, and customer onboarding.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic highly preferred).
  • Age: Must be under 35 years.
  • Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license with own car is a must.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and a go-getter personality.
