Summary

The Sales Associate at Mesa Luxury Imports is a friendly, customer-service oriented individual who will be responsible primarily with customer engagement and follow ups, scheduling appointments and driving traffic to the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers by addressing questions and concerns related to vehicle pricing, service history, and financing options

• Follow up with leads thru calls, text, and email to schedule appointments and bring customers to the dealership for test drives

• Communicate with Team to verify vehicle availability, pricing, and service history as needed

• Be willing and able to travel for vehicle pick up or drop off as needed occasionally

• Help with office administrative tasks as needed, such as filing paperwork, ordering supplies, etc.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work as a team

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Bilingual - English and Spanish- Required

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Salesperson license
