About the Role:

As a Sales Associate - Client Services, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand client base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Present and promote company services to prospective customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve sales processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports for management.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client services.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive learner with the ability to adapt to industry changes.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Leadership qualities demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.

Work Timings:

This is a Full-time role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
