We are looking for a Sales Associate to bring in occupancy at our property. As our representative, you will be dealing with a diverse role which includes lead generation, inbound call management, lead qualification, lead conversion and customer service.

Required background

  • Proven experience in sales, CRM management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of coworking spaces and flexible office solutions is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management
  • Act as the first point of contact, actively listening to callers to understand their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about The Cubicle’s workspace options, pricing, and unique features.
  • Offer solutions tailored to the caller’s requirements, highlighting the benefits of choosing The Cubicle.
  • Lead Qualification
  • Identify and qualify potential members through engaging conversations that assess their level of interest and readiness to proceed.
  • Accurately document call details and lead information in our CRM system.
  • Sales Conversion
  • Turn inbound inquiries into memberships by effectively communicating the value of The Cubicle’s offerings.
  • Address objections and resolve concerns to secure membership commitments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive the growth of our coworking community.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Develop a thorough understanding of The Cubicle’s workspaces, amenities, services, and pricing structure.
  • Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and membership plans.
  • Continuously refine knowledge to ensure accurate and helpful information is shared with callers.
  • Customer Service & CRM Management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for callers.
  • Follow up with potential members to provide additional support and maintain engagement.
  • Use the CRM system to log and track all interactions, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Generate reports and analyze call data to identify trends and improve processes.
