We’re Hiring – Sales Associate (Design Unit)

Experts Communication is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Associate to join our Design Unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, creativity, and client communication, with the ability to identify opportunities and promote design services in the international market.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify international leads for design and creative services.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email communication with potential clients.
• Present design solutions including branding, web design, UI/UX, and creative content services.
• Coordinate with the design and business development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international sales (design or creative industry preferred).
• Basic understanding of graphic design, branding, and web solutions.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in client interaction and sales pitching.
• Ability to work independently in the night shift.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 (based on skills and experience)
