Elizabeth & Prince is a curated boutique experience rooted in the desert, designed for a sophisticated clientele. Across four locations, we serve a discerning community of style-conscious women: country club and seasonal residents and design-forward locals with a genuine appreciation for quality. We are independent, intentional, and not remotely corporate.

We are currently seeking talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team in three roles. This is not your average retail job, it is a place to grow, contribute, and build a real career in a boutique environment that values who you are.

Sales Associate — Full Time & Part Time

You are the face of Elizabeth & Prince. You read a room, remember a name, and have a genuine passion for connecting people with things they will love. This is relationship-driven retail at its best, not transactional, not scripted.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A natural people person with warmth and confidence
• Genuinely interested in style, fashion, and curation
• Available to work any day of the week, including weekends
• Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Executive Assistant — Full Time

The right hand to leadership, organized, discreet, and always three steps ahead. You will help keep the engine running across four locations, supporting operations, communications, and the daily rhythm of a fast-moving boutique business.

The ideal candidate is:

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and proactive by nature
• A strong communicator, written and verbal
• Discreet and professional without exception

Inventory Manager — Full Time

Behind every beautiful boutique is someone who knows exactly what is in the back room. You will own the product flow across all four locations, tracking, receiving, organizing, and ensuring our floor always reflects our brand.

We need someone who is:

• A systems thinker who loves a well-run process
• Experienced with retail inventory or POS systems
• Comfortable in a physically active role — moving and organizing product
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented
