Candidates must be currently living in Fujairah.
Main Functions:I/ Customers satisfaction:
- Greet and welcome the customers.
- Define and attend their needs efficiently and politely.
- Provide the customers with the advice they are looking for.
- Provide the customers with personalshopping / style advices.
- Accompany them to the cashier desk.
- Maintain a high quality ofservice on the shop floor.
- Build the customer database.
- Remember loyal customers (names, tastes, last purchases …).
II/ Product knowledge
- Need to know about the brand and its history.
- Need to know about the product, its characteristics, how tomerchandise it.
- Attend training organized by the brands.
- Need to know about the global fashion trend of the season.
- Need to know about the competitors products (senior)
- Attend weekly team meeting.
III/ Grooming:
- Always be perfectly groomed, neat uniform & polished shoes, hair,makeup (when applicable).
- Be punctual flexible and polite.
IV/ Budget:
- Achieve the turnover target & qualitative targets and KPIs.
Job Summary:
- Being successful in Sales by being customer oriented, reflectingCompany image.
V / Stock & replenishment order
- Ensure an exhaustive and detailed checking of the received stocks andproper upload of the receipt documents into Shiji inventory system:o Physical checking piece per piece vs. purchase notification andconfirmation to warehouse.o Out Slip request followed by email confirmation.
- Inform Store / Assistant Manager of goods reception in goodconditions/ damaged.
- Clear shortages on daily basis and validate with Store Manager.V/ Cash and administrative procedures
- Be familiar with the cashing procedures and cash terminal
- Have the knowledge of the credit card machines used in the store.
- Be familiar with the procedures that include invoicing, returns andexchanges.
- Have the knowledge of all the administrative procedures used in thestore.
- Computer skills including word, excel, email.
VI/ Merchandising:
- Ensure the store is clean.
- Maintain the perfect merchandising of the goods based on givenguidelines.
- Immediately report any issues in the merchandising to line manager.
VII/ Respect the Company Policy:
- Ensure proper implementation of STORE MANUAL procedure presentation and insurance of compliance.
