Job description:

• Front end sales engagement for a retail fashion store
• Maintenance of the store - cleaning, arranging, and organising
• Answering customer queries on the customer service number, engaging with customers, and recording their requirements.
• Help with management of inventory - logging, reviewing, reporting.
• 8 hour shift, with suitable compensation for overtime.
• Flexibility in schedule during events etc.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a retail sales person or front end staff in Qatar.
• Positive and confident personality. Willing to engage and help customers with making the right purchase.
• Online inventory management experience and natural flair for organisation.
• Self driven and quick to learn. Willing to put the effort to learn about the products.
• English fluency, Arabic is a plus.
