Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Driving School
Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for promoting driving school courses and services, converting inquiries into enrollments, and achieving monthly sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling, and the ability to guide students through course options and registration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students and leads to promote driving license packages and training programs.
- Explain driving course details, pricing, packages, test procedures, and requirements clearly to customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed registrations/enrollments.
- Follow up on pending leads and ensure maximum conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with registration and operations teams for student onboarding.
- Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and new offers.
- Handle customer objections and provide proper solutions to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication in line with company standards and Qatar traffic authority guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in tele sales, call center, or education/driving school industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage in Qatar).
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
