Job Title: Social Media SpecialistJob SummaryResponsible for managing the driving school&rsquo;s social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, promoting driving courses, identifying marketing opportunities, and generating leads through digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain the driving school&rsquo;s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).</li><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional materials.</li><li>Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.</li><li>Identify market gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve marketing reach.</li><li>Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote driving courses, offers, and services.</li><li>Generate leads through social media platforms and digital advertisements.</li><li>Manage and optimize paid social media advertisements.</li><li>Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.</li><li>Create promotional content such as student success stories, testimonials, driving tips, and awareness posts.</li><li>Coordinate with management to promote special offers, seasonal campaigns, and new services.</li><li>Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, and campaign results.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.</li><li>Suggest innovative marketing strategies to improve online presence and attract more students.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube).</li><li>Digital marketing and lead generation strategies.</li><li>Content creation and copywriting for social media campaigns.</li><li>Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).</li><li>Social media advertising and campaign management.</li><li>Ability to analyze social media insights and performance analytics.</li><li>Market research and competitor analysis skills.</li><li>Strong communication and customer engagement abilities.</li><li>Creativity and innovative thinking for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, hashtag strategies, and online audience targeting.</li><li>Local market targeting and community-based digital marketing to attract new driving students.</li><li>Problem-solving and strategic thinking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
