The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government and administrative liaison activities, including documentation, applications, and official visits to ministries and other authorities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all government and official documentation related to the driving school.</li><li>Visit the Ministry of Interior and other relevant authorities as required.</li><li>Manage licenses, permits, and registrations for students and employees.</li><li>Prepare and submit official forms, applications, and correspondence to government entities.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records of all PRO-related activities.</li><li>Communicate effectively with government officials and external agencies on behalf of the company.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant government procedures and regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic (speaking and typing) &ndash; mandatory.</li><li>Proven experience as a PRO or Administrative Liaison Officer, preferably in a driving school or related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of government procedures, ministry protocols, and documentation processes.</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500 per month</li><li>Accommodation: Provided</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,499.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
