Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hindi/ Urdu Speaker Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills in both Hindi/ Urdu and English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet performance targets, including response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi/ Urdu and English
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
