Call Center Agents

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center / Scheduler to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support appointment coordination and patient communication in a fast-paced medical environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and scheduling
  • Coordinate and confirm medical appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and scheduling updates
  • Provide clear and professional communication regarding appointment details and instructions
  • Support front-office and administrative coordination as needed
  • Ensure timely follow-up on missed appointments or schedule changes
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with healthcare protocols


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, scheduling, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (Arabic speakers required)
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with scheduling systems or CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare contact center
  • Familiarity with appointment management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
