We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Call Center / Scheduler
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support appointment coordination and patient communication in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and scheduling

Coordinate and confirm medical appointments with patients and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and scheduling updates

Provide clear and professional communication regarding appointment details and instructions

Support front-office and administrative coordination as needed

Ensure timely follow-up on missed appointments or schedule changes

Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with healthcare protocols
Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
in a call center, scheduling, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
in any relevant field

Strong communication skills in
Arabic and English
(Arabic speakers required)

Good computer literacy and ability to work with scheduling systems or CRM tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Preferred Skills
