Job Description:
As a Sales Associate, you will be focused on identifying, reaching out to, and developing relationships with new clients. This role is key to our growth, as you’ll be actively prospecting and generating leads, creating tailored solutions for potential clients, and initiating conversations that turn prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and has experience in a proactive sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Engage potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver customized quotes and product recommendations
  • Document all lead interactions and progress in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by converting new leads into satisfied clients
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to develop new contacts

Requirements:

  • Experience in a proactive sales or business development role
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or outside standard hours to engage with clients and leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
