About the Role

As a Freight Broker (Fresher), you will help coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers . You’ll learn the logistics process and assist in ensuring successful cargo deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Contact carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity
Match freight loads with appropriate carriers
Track shipments and follow up until delivery

Skills Required

Strong communication (phone & email)
Good negotiation ability
Basic MS Office (Excel & Word)
Ability to build relationships
Problem-solving mindset
Willingness to learn logistics & transportation processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
