Sales Associate – Gold & Jewellery (Arabic)

About the Role

Al Jamal Jewellery is urgently hiring Sales Associates with strong experience in gold and jewellery sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of product presentation within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling, closing skills, and product expertise.
  • Provide expert information on diamonds, gemstones, gold purity, precious metals, and jewellery maintenance.
  • Ensure accuracy in stock handling, documentation, and transaction processing (cash/card/installments).
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display arrangements, and inventory accuracy.
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in gold & jewellery sales (mandatory).
  • Strong sales acumen with proven closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep product knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
  • High attention to detail when handling luxury and high-value items.
  • Experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
  • Arabic speakers preferred, other nationalities also considered

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
