Job Title : Sales Associate - Temporary

Reporting line : Store Manager

We are currently seeking Sales Associates to be based at our boutiques in İstanbul during the summer season.

As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Job responsibilities

The Sales Associate’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and provide guidelines for outstanding customer service. In particular, the sales associate can;

  • Manage the relationship with the clients in the Boutique, having as objective to sell products and to present in the proper way the Brand Image, giving effective information regarding products and events.
  • To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow up activities, propose and support in the organization of events, suggest new ideas.
  • Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through e-communication
  • Problem-solving in partnership with the team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client
