Anthem is a leading Bay Area destination for interior designers and discerning clients seeking exceptional home furnishings. We are a family-owned luxury retailer with a refined, design-forward environment and a strong emphasis on personalized service.

We are seeking Sales Associates for our new flagship Menlo Park location. Full-time and part-time candidates (3–4 days/week) are welcome to apply.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
• Includes one weekend day
• Consistent scheduling

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional, design-focused customer service
• Sell luxury home furnishings, furniture, bedding, tabletop, and décor
• Build relationships with retail clients and the design community
• Maintain strong product knowledge and present merchandise confidently
• Support visual merchandising and floor presentation
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization
• Communicate product opportunities and support store updates
• Work collaboratively with a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of retail sales experience (luxury goods preferred)
• Experience selling high-end furniture, beds, or bedding is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Professional, outgoing, and confident demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in interior design
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stretch, climb ladders, and use step stools as needed

Anthem has retail locations in San Francisco, Burlingame, Menlo Park, Marin, and Healdsburg. We have been growing steadily since opening our first store in 2008.
