We're looking for a Sales Associate Manager to join our on-site team in Dubai. You'll own the full sales motion for .STUDIO for your pipeline opportunities - from identifying and qualifying prospects to running demos and closing deals with interior design and architectural studios across the UAE and UK.
This is a role for someone who's motivated by targets, comfortable with outbound, and genuinely curious about the design industry. You'll be the face of .STUDIO in conversations with studio leaders - so the ability to build trust quickly and communicate value clearly matters as much as hitting numbers.
Key Activities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads from online sources, industry platforms, and networking within the AEC industry.
- Apply defined ICP criteria to qualify leads early - and disqualify non-fit prospects before investing sales time.
- Maintain and update the sales database in HubSpot, using pipeline segmentation to prioritize high-potential leads and ensure data accuracy.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to present .STUDIO's value proposition.
- Conduct discovery-led product demonstrations structured around each prospect's specific pain (scaling chaos, profit invisibility, tool fragmentation) rather than a generic walkthrough.
- Handle competitive conversations with confidence, positioning .STUDIO against similar software and fragmented tool stacks.
- Navigate the three core objections - cost, switching anxiety, and "we already have tools" - with precision, reframing each around the prospect's specific situation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication at every stage of the funnel.
- Implement strategies to engage existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Represent .STUDIO at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide weekly sales reports covering lead activity, pipeline stage, and revenue progress.
- Log every meeting and call in HubSpot, prioritizing deal stage, client feedback, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the team to forecast revenue and align on strategy.
- Operate across UAE and UK markets, accounting for differences in pricing and buyer context - and escalating Enterprise enquiries and UK pricing questions to senior contacts as required.
- Continuously improve the sales process identifying conversion bottlenecks and testing outreach approaches.
You are an ideal candidate if you
- 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or design-related industries.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM systems - HubSpot preferred.
- Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers (CEOs, MDs, Design Heads).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence running product demos and handling objections in real time.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- A self motivated, proactive approach - you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Comfort in a performance focused environment with clear pipeline metrics and targets.
- An interest in architecture, interior design, or the built environment - a genuine plus.
