Positions Available:

• Front Desk / Sales / Customer Service
• NO SEASONAL EMPLOYEES

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Face of OTF: Greet and connect with every member and guest to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
• Drive Studio Success: Help with membership sales, answer inquiries, and support retention goals.
• Deliver Next-Level Service: Guide members on their fitness journey with support, encouragement, and know-how.
• Support Daily Operations: Keep the studio organized, clean, and running smoothly.
