Sales Associate (Merchandiser)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with relevant merchandising experience in an FMCG company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product visibility, ensuring stock availability, implementing promotional activities, and supporting sales growth across assigned retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure proper product placement and visibility.
• Maintain shelf displays according to company merchandising standards and planograms.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and coordinate replenishment with the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retailers.
• Execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and product rotation (FIFO method).
• Collect market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth objectives.
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the supervisor on time.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or sales within an FMCG company.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools and mobile applications is an advantage.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
