Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best mobile devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features and perform engaging product demos to highlight benefits and functionalities
• Handle all POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished through stocking activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and participating in periodic stock counts
• Support supervising experience by mentoring new team members and ensuring store policies are followed

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a grocery store or electronics environment
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage bilingual customers when applicable
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits
• Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus but not required
• Basic math skills for daily transactions, inventory management, and sales reporting
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices to ensure positive shopping experiences
