Sales Associate – On-Site Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, contractors, and construction sites to promote and sell products
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain records of sales, visits, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
• Experience in field sales (building materials preferred) is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel locally and work on-site

Compensation

• Fixed Pay: ₹20,000/month
• Monthly Target: ₹5,00,000 in sales (no incentive below this)
• Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 for every ₹5,00,000 sold beyond the target
• Unlimited earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Base Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
