Role Overview

As a Sales Associate – Real Estate, you will support clients throughout their property‑buying journey, from initial inquiry to closing. You’ll build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and help clients navigate Abu Dhabi’s dynamic real estate market. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
• Provide accurate information on property options, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, new launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized client records and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in real estate sales is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, proactive, and client‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.
