Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Associate – Real Estate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about property sales, enjoys working with clients, and is eager to grow within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
• Support clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Provide insights on pricing, market trends, and community features
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate developments and regulations
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales cycle
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, client‑focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
