Sales Associate /Social Media Content Creator (2 Yrs Minimum Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate and Social Media Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or women’s contemporary fashion. This role blends customer engagement with the creation and execution of social media content.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, skilled in digital marketing, and excels at building client relationships while enhancing brand presence across social platforms.

Candidates must be available to work opening and closing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Store hours are Monday–Saturday (10 AM–6 PM) and Sunday (12 PM–5 PM). This is a part-time, year-round position.

We offer competitive wages and benefits. The store is closed on major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, and the Fourth of July.

Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with purchases, and build lasting relationships while contributing to team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with a strong focus on customer service
• Track customer and consignor history through monthly reporting
• Open and close the boutique according to store standards
• Receive, inspect, and process inventory
• Collaborate with management on marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and social media presence
