Sales Associate & Social Media Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bridal Dress Sales Associate who has a strong background in customer service and bridal fashion. The ideal candidate will provide personalized assistance to brides in choosing their wedding dresses while also managing our social media presence to promote our collections and engage with customers online.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist brides in selecting wedding dresses, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Provide styling advice and suggest accessories to complete the bridal look.
  • Manage sales transactions, maintain store displays, and ensure showroom cleanliness.
  • Build strong customer relationships and follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction.
  • Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for social media platforms.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) including posting, responding to messages, and increasing engagement.
  • Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bridal dress sales, luxury fashion, or related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current bridal fashion trends.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts.
  • Basic photography and content creation skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
