Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our Client's boutique located inside the mall in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE retail sales experience in cosmetics, fragrances, beauty, luxury goods, watches, or jewelry. She will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a premium in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and presenting products effectively.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong upselling and cross-selling skills to maximize revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and brand value.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Support promotional campaigns and contribute to achieving store KPIs.
• Ensure the boutique is well-presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
• Prepare and share accurate sales reports with the store manager.
