Position Overview: Sales Associate / Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Club Pilates team as a Sales Associate/ Social Media Coordinator. This duel role position is responsible for driving studio revenue while managing and growing our social media presence to support brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate is sales driven, customer focused, and comfortable creating engaging digital content. This role will oversee daily sales operations, support membership and retail growth, and execute social media initiatives that promote classes, instructors, events, and studio culture. By combining in studio sales excellence with digital engagement, this position plays a key role in attracting new clients, retaining members, and supporting overall studio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation & Sales: Drive revenue across key areas, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Create, Schedule and publish engaging social media content to support sales goals, promotions and brand awareness
  • Promote products, services, events and in store /online sales through social platforms (eg Instagram, Facebook)
  • Respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Implement strategies for generating leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and social media campaigns.
  • Membership Sales: Conduct sales processes, converting prospects into members by scheduling and conducting intro classes.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Financial Oversight: Collect outstanding dues, manage billing issues (late-cancel/no-show), and monitor revenue and attendance using ClubReady software.
  • Studio Operations: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and properly prepared for daily operations, including special events and promotions.
  • Enforce Policies: Maintain adherence to Club Pilates’ policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Community Engagement: Schedule and participate in local networking and community events to promote the studio and increase memberships.
  • Software Proficiency: Use ClubReady software to generate revenue and attendance reports, troubleshoot client account inquiries, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Ongoing Training: Regularly attend and participate in required training, calls, and meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment teams.
  • General Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the studio’s operations and growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, service sales, or fitness sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Previous experience with social media management, marketing, or content creation preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for fitness and a genuine interest in promoting Pilates to the community.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable, with excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, members, and the public to achieve studio goals
