T’s Collectables is a community-driven trading card shop specializing in Pokémon and other TCGs. We’re passionate about creating a fun and welcoming experience for collectors and players—both in-store and online. In addition to our local retail space, we run regular live streams on Whatnot, connecting with thousands of collectors around the country.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a blend of in-store retail sales and live-stream sales hosting. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident on camera, with a strong understanding of Pokémon cards, sets, and the collector market.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Duties

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations on Pokémon cards, products, and accessories
• Handle in-store transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
• Help with sorting, pricing, and organizing Pokémon singles and sealed product inventory

Whatnot / Online Streaming

• Host or co-host live Whatnot sales several times per week
• Engage and interact with the live audience in an energetic and professional manner
• Showcase products effectively and accurately describe card details, conditions, and value
• Assist with stream setup, packing sold items, and post-stream order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Pokémon TCG (vintage through modern) — must know set names, rarity symbols, and card value basics
• Comfortable speaking and presenting live on camera
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic understanding of social media and online sales platforms (Whatnot, eBay, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills

• Experience in live streaming or content creation
• Knowledge of other TCGs (Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, etc.)
• Familiarity with card grading and condition assessment

Schedule & Pay

• Store Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 11 AM - 6 PM
• Pay range: $15 depending on experience
• Opportunity to grow with the company and take on more specialized roles
• Streaming opportunities will arise as new sets are released

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $15.00 per hour
